IBERIA flights or rather not                                                                   SYSTEMA.SI

 

 

I am writing to you regarding the complaint on two flights: 3639, Venice to Madrid and 3632, Madrid to Venice. With all the respect towards your company, I have to point out the material loss that has been estimated and the one that it will be seen in next months. Beside the material loss, you can imagine human suffering, while waiting informless.

 

1st flight 3639, Venice to Madrid, has been cancelled, even though it became known that the problem was stabilisators, and they supposed to be orded from Madrid, we were kept waiting at the Marco Polo airport. It was made numerous cell phone calls to the our company and the expecting company in Spain Panda Security, regarding the
transfer to the hotel. Without any food, beverages or information, it has been told that the flight has been cancelled at approximatly past 23:00. After the cancelation, we have waited to get our luggage and information on the way to the hotel. While there was not enough bus facilities, we had to wait for them to return, and we came in the hotel room at 2:30. We lost one complete day at the Panda Security education training, estimated cost at least 4.000 euros. My company and I, even though I participate the second day of training, lost oppurtinity to gain a certifacation on the UTM. There will not be another training for at least a half a year. We have take in account costs cell phone and other additional costa. Some information has been filed in complaint form Nr.: 00012, signed
at Iberia premises on Marco polo airport in Venice.

2nd flight 3632, Madrid to Venice, please send the complaint form, since at the Marco Polo airport in Venice at 4:00, was not able to do. Even when I gathered the information at the airport Barajas stuff, Iberian stuff denied it until 19:40, when the plane should take off. After the admiting it, the delay was till 00:40. I lost one working day on Friday, and made a lot of cell phone calls, arranging transfer from the airport and delaying the schedualed meetings on Friday.
